Consultancy Service for Development of Land Acquisition Planning Document (DPPT) Manual and SOP for Preparation Phase

Development of a Land Acquisition Planning Document (DPPT) Manual and a Standard Operating Procedure for the preparation phase, intended for practitioner use. The work began with a review of legal and regulatory documents and the ADB report, followed by field data collection from Kanwil/Kantah, implementing agencies, local government and DPPT consultants. Outputs included the draft manual and SOP, presentations at ATR/BPN-JICA workshops, and a report with recommendations.
