1. Doing social assessment for the target group prior to
    intervention development programs (including CSR)
2. Facilitate participatory planning appropriate programs to address
    the needs of the target communities (including CSR)
3. Mentoring / empowerment targets including both soft skills
    (ability groups, accounts and savings and loans)
    and hard skills (farming, livestock breeding, processing, workshops)
4. Perform the participatory monitor and evaluation
    on community empowerment and CSR
5. To study the impact on community development and CSR
6. Serving cooperation in community development and CSR programs,
    from various companies both private and government
