External Monitoring and Evaluation for LARAP Implementation on the EINRIP Project

External monitoring and evaluation of LARAP implementation across at least six selected road packages under the EINRIP project. The work checked compliance with Indonesian law and the Environmental and Social Safeguard (ESS) guideline, and assessed whether compensation mechanisms and payments were sufficient for project-affected people. Delivery was coordinated with the Directorate General of Highways, AusAID-EMU, PMSC and RSC, with consultations at local government level.
