Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan Study for Preparatory Survey for Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) East-West Line Project

Identification of project-affected people, their affected assets (inventory of losses) and socio-economic conditions through a questionnaire survey, together with land and property market pricing per municipality. Outputs included public consultation meetings, the LARAP document, resettlement alternatives and cost estimates, coordinated with the EIA team for the MRT feasibility study.
