Public Consultation Meeting (PCM), Inventory of Losses (IOL) and Socio-Economic Survey (SES) - Korea Engineering Consultants Corporation

Detailed enumeration within the project footprint areas with 100 per cent inventory of losses (IOL) coverage and 25 per cent socio-economic survey (SES) coverage representative of the social and economic mix of the community, supported by GIS location data and photographic imagery. Outputs included public consultation meetings, resettlement alternatives, cost estimates and datasets of affected assets and households. The engagement covered both the base contract and a contract variation with additional budget.
