Identification of project-affected people along the National Road No. 1 upgrading corridor in the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste, through an asset inventory survey and a socio-economic survey. Outputs included public consultation meetings, resettlement location alternatives, resettlement cost estimates, and datasets of affected assets and household socio-economic conditions.
