Community Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

We help companies and government institutions design, deliver and evaluate community empowerment and CSR programmes that genuinely match what the target group needs.

• Conduct social assessment for the target group before the intervention to the empowerment program (including CSR).
• Facilitate participatory planning so the programme responds to the needs of the target community (including CSR).
• Conduct counselling and community empowerment covering soft skills (group capability, bookkeeping, saving and loan) and hard skills (farming, husbandry, processing and machine shop).
• Implement community empowerment and CSR programmes for private or government institutions.
• Conduct monitoring and participative evaluation of community empowerment and CSR programmes.
